If you are buying or selling real estate, your Agent will inform you of all rights and obligations, as well as the amount of the brokerage commission.
PRICE LIST of intermediary commissions for mediation during the purchase, exchange, lease and rental of real estate, in accordance with Art. 27 and 28 of the Act on Real Estate Brokerage (Official Gazette 14/14).
The commission is charged as a percentage of the total amount of the purchase price.
SALE
Brokerage commission when selling real estate (charged by the seller):
3-5%, but not less than EUR 1,000.
SHOPPING
Brokerage commission when buying real estate (charged by the buyer):
2-4%, but not less than EUR 1,000.
