Transport connection of the island of Pag
The island of Pag is one of the most popular summer destinations in Croatia. Pag is located in the northern Adriatic and is the fifth largest Croatian island, but it also has the longest coastline - 269.2 km. The two largest cities on the island of Pag are Pag and Novalja, but there are also many smaller towns on the island that are favorite tourist destinations in the summer.

If you come to Pag by car, you don't need to worry, since the island is connected to the mainland via the Pag bridge on the southeast side of the island.

You can get to the island of Pag by two sea lines - in Novalja and Žigljen. In Novalja, it is suitable for those who come by catamaran from Rab or Rijeka, and ferries depart from the port of Žigljen to Prizna, the closest place on land.

If you come to Pag from Zadar airport, the option is to first get to the bus station in Zadar and then take a bus from Zadar to Pag or rent a car at the airport. The drive from Zadar to the city of Pag takes 1 hour, and to Novalja 1 hour and 30 minutes.
